Mark your calendars: the KSISAS National Championships take place Saturday 29 August 2026 at the Wynberg Military Base Sports Centre. We look forward to seeing you there – either on the tatami or in the stands.
Key details
- Entries close: 1 August 2026. No late entries accepted.
- Cost: R350 per competitor. Spectators free.
- Food and coffee trucks on site.
Who can enter
- Divisions run from 10–11 years through to 50+
- Open belt categories
- ONE division per competitor
- Competitors perform any TWO katas of their choice
- Kata and Kumite finals held at the end of the day
Finals features
Before finals begin, enjoy a live jembe drumming performance and short talks from World Chief Instructor Shihan Chris Thompson, 9th dan, and our sponsor Toyota. All medals (bronze, silver, gold) will be awarded after finals.
