When I joined the WarriorFit class I hadn’t done any real exercise for (far) too long.

I knew it would be hard, and it was.

It still is.

But it’s also very rewarding.

Feeling myself getting stronger, seeing improvements in my stamina and fitness –  just the fact that I’m doing something for myself (something mothers are not very good at remembering to do) – are all wins!

Bruce always keeps the classes interesting – combining cardio, weights, boxing,  circuits, and even games like ‘dojo ball’ thrown in 😃

Working out in a group is far more fun than trying to do it on your own. I’ve had gym memberships over the years – I would always start out super keen, but that would fade as quickly as my attendance. In contrast, I don’t struggle to get myself to the WarriorFit classes. I really enjoy my classmates – we laugh, we share, we tease, but most of all, we support each other.

If you’re thinking about getting back into exercise, or you’re looking for a change, give the WarriorFit class a try.

You won’t regret it!
