KickBoxFit is a group fitness class that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional martial arts techniques.

We all lead busy lives and often don’t have enough time on our hands to fit in as much exercise as we’d like to. At Samurai, we’ve designed compact, 1-hour classes to kickstart your metabolism, burning fat whilst building muscle, all while having fun!
